Unit operates backwards. Up is down and down is up. Can only wire one way so not bad hookup. Also needs to be unhooked from power then reattached each time to operate as it just won’t kick in unless it’s had the power reset before trying to use the jack. The little light works anytime but not jack.

    I installed this FZZD electric trailer jack on my camper, and it’s been a game-changer. You have 3 sets of holes giving you a wider range of installation. Super easy to install, very smooth operation, and lifts my fully loaded trailer with no problem. The built-in LED light is a nice touch for nighttime hookups. I was so impressed I bought another one for my parents’ camper and of course they love it too. Great quality and performance for the price! It isn’t the fastest but it’s a lot better than manually cranking.

    This works great mostly. Sometimes when you go to lift or lower the jack let off the button and push again it doesn't work. The paperwork says it will reset in a few seconds but mine does not. I have to take one of the wires off the battery to reset it then put it back on and it will work again until it doesn't.

I'm just glad it happened in my driveway before hitting the road for a two-week camping trip to multiple sites! No, I would not recommend this, Jack. It appears to be built of good quality. However, it proved that looks can be deceiving.
