    Full disclaimer, I have a Silky pole saw that sets the standard for my comparison. With that being said, the saw part on this pruner is flimsy and was difficult to use. However, I bought it for the pruner function for clearing branches from my treestand. Fully extended, I did need to use both hands to squeeze the trigger to get it to cut anything larger than a finger. Some people will probably find it difficult. It did excel at cutting everything under 1/2". I tried cutting a 1" branch and it was entirely to much for this pruner. I stopped before anything broke. It serves its purpose for me so I'm satisfied.
