    This is a decent set of Kegel balls. I like that there are three different shapes/sizes/weights, so you can progress as your muscles strengthen. The silicone is soft to the touch, but whatever is inside provides firmness so you can feel what you're doing. The silicone "handle" seems to be firmly attached and makes it easier to use them. I find the sound of the ball moving inside sounds a bit like a baby toy that used to hang in my kids' nursery, but it's not so loud that anyone else can hear if you're wearing it out and about... I hope.

    The thing about Kegels is that you have to do them regularly in order to see a difference; likewise, a tool is only useful if you actually use it. So, while these are great, they're not a magic cure for pelvic floor issues. It would have been very useful to have a sheet of recommended exercises to follow included. Still, I'm hopeful that having some tools on hand will help more than just doing the exercises without them.
