    I’ve used swivel Xacto’s for years. I haven’t been unable to find the one I had, so needed to replace it.

    Because the tip rotates, it works beautifully when cutting curves of all sizes and shapes. This product allows you to cut intricate, detailed patterns and can be used on a variety of different types of materials. The actual blade though, is quite small compared to a regular size Xacto blade, therefore the thickness of your materials will matter.

    As to comfort, I know there are products out now with what appear to be comfort grips, but I haven’t found it necessary to explore those options. This product is my go-to when I need a smooth, fluid, non-cutout looking end result. BUT, as with all extremely sharp products, this is NOT a tool for kids.
