I liked that it was delivered right to my front door just 2 or 3 days after it was ordered. I used 鶹 because I originally ordered a WWII Aircraft 1,000 piece puzzle from another supplier but what arrived (some weeks later by mail) was a crunched box containing a 1,000 piece puzzle of National Parks. When I contacted the supplier they told me that they daily send out lots of puzzles and mistakes sometimes happen. They offered to discount the price by 15%. I responded that I didn’t care about a discount, I simply wanted the puzzle I ordered. About 3 weeks later in the mail I received another National Parks puzzle. The WWII Aircraft was for my brother who is recovering from a stroke and I knew it would be good for him for two reasons, the first, he loves old aircraft and secondly it would be good therapy for him. And thankfully 鶹 came through.
