NOTE: In order to make Greek yogurt, you will need to use our Euro Cuisine GY50 Strainer and manually strain out the whey from the yogurt.

Simply heat up 42oz of milk, cool down and add our Euro Cuisine 5gr Yogurt Starter or 3-4 Tsp plain yogurt, mix well and pour it into the jars, set the digital countdown timer and wake up the next morning to delicious yogurt.

CREATE DAIRY-FREE YOGURT AS WELL:
You can achieve making yogurt with plain Almond, Coconut, Rice, Soy Milk, and Lactose-Free Milk. Please choose the type that is in the non-refrigerated section of your local supermarket (Except Lactose-Free Milk that can be from the refrigerated section) and make sure that there is at least 6gr per serving of sugar in the milk. Your milk should be plain with no flavoring. Sugar is food for the bacteria. If not enough then add sugar or pasteurized honey to it. Follow the same instruction as for regular milk. Please note that with these types of milk you may get water separation. The water in the milk becomes the whey and the solid become the yogurt. You can either top off the whey or mix for softer yogurt.
