This dispenser is incredibly well built for it's price and comes with extra parts and gaskets for longer use. Had an issue with charger holder being too small for the charger and thus unable to thread it rendering it unusable. 2/5

Contacted support and was blown away by their service. They responded within minutes of my email, and within an hour, troubleshooted and arranged a free replacement. The replacement arrived within 4 days. 5/5

The dispenser is usable now, but the replacement charger holders were still a tight fit and my chargers get stuck in the holder. I use a pin or pliers to pull out the chargers. Everything else on the dispenser looks well made, except the holder. 4/5

The cream was very runny, I thought maybe it needed to be colder; therefore, I left it in the fridge for 3 days. There was no change aftee 3 days so I ended up throwing the cream. On my second try, I only filled it up halfway and that did the trick which is what you see in the video. Overall, it��s not too bad for it��s price, I guess.

Similarly to a lot of other customers, as soon as I screw the N2O cartridge/cap, half of it leaks on my hand before finishing screwing the cap properly and the rest of it leaks in less than 30 seconds by the spigot's sides.
Could not manage to make any proper cream before emptying itself. Unless you're really quick and do everything in less than 20 seconds, it doesn't work, LOTS of waste.
It's either broken or just crap, I'll probably have to return it since I already wasted all my N2O carts trying to make it work once...
