  • Unlike replacement cotton wicks, our fiberglass wicks will last indefinitely with normal use, saving you money and time in the long run

  • For better results, it is important that a new wick is allowed to absorb the torch oil for approximately 20 minutes before first use.
  • Fiberglass wicks are not consumed during use, however, they may need to be replaced if contaminated with water or poor-quality fuel. You will find wick replacement necessary when switching between paraffin oil, torch fuel or kerosene.

  • The fiberglass wick should be exposed just enough to provide a smooth and steady flame shape, your wick should extend approximately 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch from the torch.

    These fit our lamps and were easy to get started on the first light.
    I dipped the outside end in the lamp oil before pulling through the lid. Let your wick soak in the oil (I swish around abit) and light the top. Will smoke heavy at first but then gives a nice burn.

    Way better than the stock wicks you get with your tiki torch/canisters. I didn't think there would be much of a difference, but man it's a significant difference. It burns a lot more efficiently and lasts way longer than the ones that are provided stock. The ones that came with my torches started to fray and bubble up less than an hour of being lit. But these ones kept their form and didn't bubble up and all throughout the duration I've had them burning (which was at least 2-4 hours). Honestly best wicks I've used so far.
