Drilled one 3/4” hole and screwed fitting into plastic rain barrel. Then tighten nut to the inside of barrel. Easy as ever. Note: need to drill larger hole if install into metal tank. Great quality and price. I recommend.

    Used this spout to convert a large plastic garbage can into a rain barrel for my garden . Put the can on a stand and the spout on the bottom for a gravity fed watered. Mix my fertilizer in it . Works great . Easy to install . Might buy another one for another barrel .

    Pretty good. I wish it came with more than one round rubber bushing and that the bushing was a bit more robust they degrade over time and the barrel starts to leak.. The Spigot is pretty easy to install in the barrel. I use my barrel for hauling chemicals to wash houses so it' most likely the reason for the rubber degredation bushing will degrade over time and start leaking....

    One of the Spigot had its rubber valve ring flushed off. Turned out it was installed without the screw. Not a big deal, but created a mess. 4 stars otherwise.

    Seem to be of solid quality and much cheaper than from local hw store. Just check the product before installation, which we should have anyway in our case.
