    great, but includes dairy. I am "somewhat lactose intolerant". However, ai can have some. One of these leaves me with enough enzymes to deal with dairy as it seems to impact me less than a glass of milk. However, two and my tummy hurts. I still buy them as they are convenient and i feel healthier than going without meals when i am sick and in pain. The other ensures just aren't filling enough.

    There seems to be a difference in taste between the canned versions and plastic bottles. I prefer the plastic bottles. But this canned version is a little cheaper. I probably wouldn't buy again. Ot tastes a little tinny or metallic.
