This chocolate is perfect for anyone baking for a vegan and/or someone with food allergies or intolerances. The chocolate is rich, melts beautifully, and creates delicious baked goods. I have spent the months of Covid-19 pandemic quarantine perfecting several vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cakes, and frosting recipes using Enjoy Life chocolates. Unfortunate for my wardrobe, they are delicious!

    These are the only chocolate chips we buy for our 2 year old with severe allergies and moderate skin sensitivity. It's always a challenge to find new products to incorporate into her diet. Yes, these aren't "healthy" but when the time comes to make treats these are the best out there. What's funny is we used to purchase these only for our daughter but we love them so much we've just ditched all other brands.

    If you're worried about the size of the chocolate chunks you can also crush them pretty easily. We've done this when making mini muffins and they just look like little chocolate specks, basically the size of a mini chocolate chip. When put into loafs of pumpkin bread or chocolate cookies though they work great.

    Same product I'm used to buying, but in bulk. The chocolate did have that whitish cast to it that indicates it had been through some temp fluctuations, but for what I'm using it for, that isn't a big deal. I like this brand of df chocolate as it melts easily with few issues, makes an easy df ganache. I'll buy again.

    These are unusable because they arrived packed in a cheap plastic bag (which appear to contain BPA), and the taste of the plastic bag is on all the chocolate chips. the smell of plastic is nauseating.
    I reported to 鶹 and no response.
    Waste of money, do not buy these (the 5 lb bag).

    update: it looks like the last package was no good. second try was much better, a little less plastic and arrived very quickly, happy

    Good deal costwise to buy in bulk. Arrives in one large plastic bag (not in standard packaging) so may not be ok for severely allergic people. I distributed the chocolate into smaller bags to keep it air tight and easier to manage. Chocolate was not dry (i.e., old).
