- Reviewed in Canada on March 26, 2025Verified PurchaseI have used it for my kid. It is great very effective. She liked the taste too, only thing is it makes the teeth black. So had to really keep on pushing her to brush her teeth nicely and twice a day. So now she is not Iron deficit and her teeth are not black either. thanks Enfamil

- Reviewed in Canada on December 29, 2024Verified PurchaseIt came fast and it works as described. I give 1ml everyday, it comes with a little syringe and I use the syringe and directly squirt into my baby’s mouth. 1ml is a lot for my baby so I need to do a few shots.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 3, 2024Verified PurchaseIt is a great product. I recommend it 100%
- Reviewed in Canada on May 30, 2022Verified PurchaseI dosed Fer-In-Sol in a half cup of orange juice since vitamin C aids iron absorption. My toddler readily accepted it this way. After completing the dosing regimen prescribed by our pediatrician, my child's ferritin levels were raised from low to acceptable levels as determined by blood test.
Before this I gave my child a ferric-formulated supplement which is supposed to be easier on the stomach but was less well absorbed. I did some research and found out that ferrous sulfate is considered the gold standard in iron supplementation due to its high absorption. Luckily this product did not give my child any GI issues.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 5, 2018Verified PurchaseMy son easily takes this supplement every day - he sometimes fights Tylenol, so that says something.
It both tastes and smells disgusting though.
Oh, and the bottle leaks on me if I don’t keep it upright - possible fluke?!?!
