Directions

Your baby's health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Ask your baby's doctor which formula is appropriate for your baby. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION 1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula. Boil clean bottles, nipples, caps and utensils in water (2 minutes at a rolling boil).2. Boil fresh water at a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Cool to room temerature prior to mixing.3. Pour desired amount of the cooled water into the bottle. Add powder. Cap bottle and SHAKE WELL. Use the chart below for the correct amounts of water and powder. Use scoop in can to measure powder. Store DRY scoop in this can. TO MAKE Boiled Water Powder 60 mL bottle 60 mL 1/4 cup 1 unpacked level scoop 120 mL bottle 120 mL 1/2 cup 2 unpacked level scoops 180 mL bottle 180 mL 3/4 cup 3 unpacked level scoops 240 mL bottle 240 mL 1 cup 4 unpacked level scoops WARNING: Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Once prepared, infant formula can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and STORE in refrigerator at 2-4°C (35-40°F) for no longer than 24 hours. Do not use prepared formula if it is unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze prepared formula. After feeding begins, use formula within one hour or discard. Powder Storage: Store cans at room temperature. After OPENING can, keep tightly covered, store in dry area and use contents within 1 month. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.

    This is such a great formula. Well I believe whatever formula works for your baby is the right one, but this one worked for both my kids. Once they started solids Ie iron fortified rice cereal I switched to the Enfamil lower iron to avoid constipation.

    Bought a few containers because formula was in short supply in stores. I mixed this with Enfamil A+ liquid formula that I received from Enfamil, as this does not have the DHA that is supposed to be good for babies brain development. I'd recommend this when in a pinch.

    baby seems to enjoy this formula alot. I do switch between this one and the one that contains the added extra for brain and eye development. Also if you go to enfamil.com you can free coupon for a free pack of formula and it has helps us out alot as its does add up when your on leave.
