If exact replacement is not available, devices may be replaced with a product of comparable market value at the time of Claim. Leaking battery and damaged device must be provided to Energizer As proof of Claim. Energizer reserves the right to deny claims of damage caused by misuse or modification of the batteries or device.

    I use a LOT of batteries for business, and home. I do try and use rechargeables for environmental and cost savings reasons where possible (usually in devices that frequently need new batteries), but alkaline batters are still the best and only real choice for devices that: don't require frequent battery changes; or don't work well with the lower voltage of rechargeables; or that may sit unused for long periods (e.g. flashlight that is rarely used).

    I used to use Duracell batteries exclusively, thinking they were the best. They have great power but they have an extremely high leakage occurrence. This doesn't just happen rarely, it happens very frequently, and I say this from extensive use (easily over 500 batteries used).

    So I gave up and switched exclusively to Energizer, figuring it could not be worse (as far as leakage), and I would test the battery life/power they delivered. After about 3 years of exclusive Energizer use, I can say these are drastically better than Duracell - they offer the same power and life (both Energizer and Duracell offer more power that most cheaper/other batteries), and they don't leak - to date, and hundreds and hundreds of Energizer batteries later, I have yet to have a single Energizer battery leak!!!

    For the night and day difference related to leaking battery acid, the Energizer wins hands down (they just don't leak, period). But I've also found the shelf life to be better than Duracell, even though both state a 10 year shelf life (long explanation of why I say this having only used Energizer for 3 years, but they don't degrade after 3 years in zero drain devices like the Duracell often, but not always, did).

    As for the amount of power, they are the same as the Duracell, they are as strong and last as long (or longer) than Duracells did, and they do far better in devices used only occasionally over a long period of time. Note that Duracell and Energizer have more power than most other batteries.

    I would absolutely recommend Energizer AA (and AAA) batteries, especially if you have been a Duracell fan. And if you use no-name batteries, these typically hold more power and last way longer (and no leakage issues), so you will likely find these may be better value overall.

    so not much to say energizer batteries always seem to run down to about 1.1 v before my xbox remote wont turn on anymore and or i would say for an xbox controller they will last from about 50-60 hours could be more but i lose track
