It's just a little potato, but he's friendly and smiley and he can mean a great deal to the person you give him to. The keychain comes with a card and an organza bag for gifting. It lets people know they're appreciated. You can give these out to employees or volunteers, or you can give them out to people individually when you know someone's having a tough day and could use a smile.
