Our timer is perfect for cooking food, which keeps your cookies, cakes, roasts, and casseroles from scorching and burning. No batteries required, which makes you do not have to worry about battery no power. Works great in connection with cooking, timed games, scheduling activities, reminding yourself of deadlines, and more.

Instructions for use:
1. Adjust the timer back to the 0 scale position when using. (Never turn counterclockwise).
2. Then turn the top part clockwise to the 55 mark first, and then counterclockwise from the 55 mark to the time marker you want to measure.
3. For example, if you need to measure 15 minutes, simply turn the timer counterclockwise from the 55 mark to the 15 mark. Once the time has elapsed, the timer rings automatically.

Why do I need to switch to 55 minutes first? Since the timer is mechanical, it can be wound to 55 minutes by turning clockwise. After winding up, the bell will sound for 3-5 seconds to remember.When it is not wound, the ringtone will be shorter and quieter and does not serve as a reminder.
