    My daughter and I suffer from low iron and the doctor said to drink a glass of orange juice every day when taking the iron (Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron). These are super easy to take when on the go or at work, and you don't have to constantly buy orange juice! We got it for the vitamin c, but it's even better than orange juice because it's got all the other vitamins in it too!! Cheaper than buying orange juice too and comes in different flavors!
