  • 1 teaspoon guar gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups gluten-free all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons baking soda

How To Make

Gluten Free Banana Ginger Muffins

Ingredients on the right

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease muffin tin.
  • Mash down bananas with fork and mix with coconut oil, eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir until ingredients combined.
  • Divide batter among 10 greased muffin cups. Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
