- 200g Cheddar
- 200g Milk
- 1 tsp Sodium Citrate
- 30g Butter
- Salt & Pepper
How To Make
Sodium Citrate Cheese Sauce
Multi-purpose cheese sauce.
- Grate the cheese
- In a cold pot, combine the milk, cheese, sodium citrate, and butter
- Then add lemon emulsion and stir to the mixture.
- Stir constantly or use an emersion blender all on medium heat
- Add more milk if the sauce looks too thick, add more cheese if it looks too thin
- Add in any seasonings to taste
