  • 1 tsp Sodium Citrate
  • 30g Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

How To Make

Sodium Citrate Cheese Sauce

Multi-purpose cheese sauce.

  • Grate the cheese
  • In a cold pot, combine the milk, cheese, sodium citrate, and butter
  • Then add lemon emulsion and stir to the mixture.
  • Stir constantly or use an emersion blender all on medium heat
  • Add more milk if the sauce looks too thick, add more cheese if it looks too thin
  • Add in any seasonings to taste
