I purchased this for my husband in advance of his knee replacement surgery. We’ve both been using it (I sit at for for up to 12 hours ). We’ve both both feel completely different since using it!! In a good way . I took it across the street to show my senior neighbors who have not been walking due to diabetes and feet problems. They bought it off of me one on the spot !! (They don’t have the internet so they would never know about it otherwise). I reordered us one to arrive the next day for our home . Love it .

    I am very pleased with the sturdy construction, quiet motion, and usefulness of this machine. It is a little heavier than I anticipated, but it's still easy to carry with a place for your hand to hold it. Once it's in place, you'll probably want to leave it there. It can be used with a straight chair or from a sofa. Best of all, if your joints tend to flare up with pain, this machine won't cause that; it's really easy on the knees and still gives a great feeling of having exercised. There's lots of choice about how easy or difficult, fast or slow, etc., and the foot pads are nice and big and also non-slip.

    I have extremely limited mobility and flexion due to end stage knee osteoarthritis so I bought this in the hopes of strengthening my muscles before total knee replacement. Even though I am unable to place my foot flat on the pedal due to my locked knee, I was still able to use this wonderful machine on auto setting by putting my heel on the pedal. I am always in pain but it didn’t worsen when using the machine. I feel elated that I can do gentle exercises! The machine is silent, not too heavy and easy to use since it comes already assembled. If you are in my situation and unable to walk due to bone on bone pain I highly recommend this elliptical. The auto settings are helping me maintain some strength in my legs without putting too much strain on the joint. Amazing!

    I really like this machine. Makes no sound at all. Very light and easy to move with built in handle. Comes with a non-slip pad but I stopped using it because machine stayed in place without any sliding with only the built in rubber feet. Also my feet stay in place where I put them on the peddles (unlike previous elliptical machines I’ve had). In addition to the ankle, knee and hip movement I can see, I can place my hands on my legs and feel the muscles flexing with each rotation. Motor is strong and keeps rotation at steady and smooth without hiccups or slowing down I experienced with previous machines. I use this in HR mode so I can easily adjust speed and direction. Speed 5-7 works best for me. Choice of display modes. I just use count down (15 min preset) then machine stops. I usually do an hour so just restart. You have to point remote at machines display but works well. I love this machine and highly recommended it if your looking to get some more leg exercise while just sitting doing other things!
