I have to say this company has the best customer service. The pads I received wouldn’t stick for more than 5 or 6 uses. I had ordered these pads before and they would stick for about 15 uses. When I contacted the company they immediately offered to send a replacement order. I received them the next day. These pads seem to be stickier and seem to work better. Overall I am very happy with these pads and I am truly impressed with the customer service I received.
