This outlet extender stick solved a simple problem: outlets that are technically there, but basically unusable once a couch, bed, or desk is pushed against the wall. The adjustable length and the rotating base let you place the power block where you can actually reach it, and once it is set, it stays put. If you have a tight space and you are tired of crawling around to plug something in, this is a real quality of life upgrade.
The power block layout is practical. Three AC outlets plus multiple USB ports covers most everyday needs. I like being able to charge a phone and accessories from the USB ports while keeping the AC outlets free for a lamp, a laptop brick, or a small fan. The USB C port is handy for newer cables, and the USB A ports are fine for older devices and little gadgets. Having everything on one unit reduces adapters and clutter.
The rotation feature is more useful than it sounds. Being able to angle the block helps when a plug is bulky or when you need cords to route in a specific direction. It also makes it easier to keep cables from bending sharply against the wall. The built in cord management design keeps the setup looking cleaner than a standard power strip hanging down.
Installation is simple. You can mount it without tools using the included adhesive strips, which makes it renter friendly. On a smooth surface it held well for me. If you have textured paint, you may want to prep the surface carefully and press it firmly, since any adhesive system depends on good contact.
It has been stable in daily use. Plugs fit securely, the unit does not feel loose at the wall, and it has not gotten hot with normal charging and a couple devices plugged in. If you are using high draw appliances, you still need to be sensible about total load, but for typical bedroom or desk electronics it is a good setup.
If you want power access behind furniture without running an extension cord across the floor, this does the job neatly and saves you a lot of annoyance.
