More Than a Steamer: Bear electric steamer can be used for both steaming and cooking, it is a good helper for your kitchen. You can choose either single or double layer for steaming, and you can use it to steam rice, ribs, vegetables, chicken, fish, and meat. In addition to steaming, you can also use the bottom cooking pot to boiling simple ingredients.
Three Adjustable Power: This electric vegetable steamer features three adjustable power levels: 400W (low), 800W (mid), and 1200W (high). Not only can you adjust the power when cooking ingredients, you can also adjust the power when keeping food warm, with temperatures ranging from 104-138°F (low), 140-174°F (mid), and 176°F (high).
Preset & Timing: Bear Food Steamer supports 10-hour preset and 1-hour timer. You can put in your food at 11pm, make an 8-hour reservation, and enjoy a delicious and nutritious healthy breakfast at 7am. The timer of this machine is up to 1 hour, you can press the function button to customize the cooking time and enjoy the delicious food at the right time.
Excellent Design: This electric steamer for cooking is made from stainless steel for safe, direct food contact and easy cleaning. The base design efficiently collects energy for quick steaming, saving you time. The steamer's excellent drainage design prevents water vapor from dripping onto ingredients. The transparent glass lid allows you to observe the cooking process easily.
Safe to Use: Bear electric steamer for food features dry burn protection with an alert sound and automatic standby mode when water is low. The electric steamer base is plastic on the outside and stainless steel on the inside to insulate against heat. The handle of the steamer is also designed to be anti-scald, which is non-slip and easy to hold.

I LOVE this steamer! Although directions were a bit vague, steamer is surprisingly easy to use. Steamer trays are lightweight, yet substantial like the tempered glass lid and the unit heats up quickly - if you by-pass the "preset" button and go straight to function. I don't eat noodles, but am anxious to try the noodle pot portion for making a nice veggie soup. Stainless steel makes for super easy clean-up, with the trays (NOT bottom unit!), steam accelerator and lid being dishwasher safe. The pink color is a bonus for me, as I think it is super cute! This unit replaced 20 years of reliable B&D plastic steamers as I am moving away from using plastics in my household. Recommend this purchase and hope it lasts a long, long time.
