Product description

This is a high quality, professional grade kitchen tool designed for the home chef or serious cook. This is a heavy duty spatula made from high quality stainless steel with a solid wood handle. The spatula is 12 inches in length and 1.25 inches wide at the top, with a tapered edge for scraping. The handle is securely fastened to the spatula with three stainless steel rivets. The spatula is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. This spatula is not meant for use with non-stick cookware.

The long edge of the flipper makes it easy to separate foods on the griddle, or to scoop things up, and the handle is just long enough to feel right in your hand.

If using over an open flame (like on my BBQ) then maybe you might want it to be a bit longer to save the hair on your knuckles from being burnt off, but for most other people it’s just fine! LOL….

I have been struggling to find a spatula that will allow me to turn my burgers on the barbecue without struggling to get underneath them. Others I've tried will push my burger around the grill before finally slipping under but this stainless steel spatula with the bevelled edges solves that problem. It goes along my grill and under the meat exactly as I'd hoped. It's very well made and looks great. The handle is long enough but a little longer would have been nice when dealing with open flames but I'll just be extra careful. This is a solid kitchen or barbecue utensil and I look forward to years of using it.
