Melted lumpy sadness

- Reviewed in Canada on August 16, 2022I bought this too quickly then realize it contains Palm Kernel Oil which is really unhealthy.
- Reviewed in Canada on August 1, 2025Verified PurchaseThese might be my favorite chocolates ever. But they arrived melted together in a big lump. I tried breaking them apart but all the chocolate-y sweetness lumped together. Unable to return or refund since it's a consumable.

1.0 out of 5 stars Seller did me dirty on deez nuts
Verified PurchaseYikes. I never leave bad reviews, but I have so much to say, and none of it is good. Here we go:
This arrived open, which I’m fairly certain is a universal violation for food items. It was boxed, so this definitely wasn’t the product of some sloppy or savage package-opening. It kind of looks like someone ripped into the bag and realized they don’t prefer the taste of these almonds, so they returned them. Because it’s an $18 snack and they didn’t want to sit with that kind of cost for something they didn’t love. Lucky for these imaginary people, they returned them and went back to their lives. So these little chocolate covered almonds make their way back to some warehouse or storage room and get tossed around, fall onto the dirty and dusty floor (hence the oh so becoming dirt marks on the bag), then get put on a shelf somewhere where they’re strangely deemed acceptable for selling again. Whoever is making the decision as to what item holds resale value must not be familiar with FDA regulations or the general understanding that we don’t eat or distribute food that looks like it’s been tampered with (Doesn’t everyone learn this as youths? Like on Halloween?). What’s really interesting, though, is that this item is not eligible for return.
Now I sit here, spending valuable time writing a review about people selling open bags of nuts. Because there is oddly no option to contact the seller or to request a refund. Seller, would you think it’s cool for someone to sell you these nuts? Who said it was cool for you to sell these nuts? Why you gotta mess with my nuts? I have so many questions. I would love to waste as much or more of the seller’s time and money as they did mine.
This is nuts. I need a refund for this blatant rip-off, health hazard, and waste of time.
P.S. For anyone just reading to see if these nuts are any good, they are amazing. I had some that weren’t tampered with and felt compelled to buy more. But not like this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Even better than expected!
Verified PurchaseThese are delish! I greatly appreciated the fact that there was a small ice pack in the box with them as it was hot outside when they were delivered and I couldn’t get to them right away!

5.0 out of 5 stars Every bite is a little piece of heaven!
Verified PurchaseEdward Marc Chocolatier Sweet Coconut Almond Snacks in Dark Chocolate are an absolute delight! We used to buy them at Costco, but finding them on 鶹 for a better price was a game-changer. These snacks are the perfect combination of lightly salted and roasted almonds, sweet coconut, and rich dark chocolate. Every bite is a little piece of heaven!
The resealable bag is super convenient, keeping the snacks fresh and making it easy to enjoy them on the go. Whether I’m indulging at home, taking them to the office to share, or just needing a quick snack, these are my go-to. If you’re a fan of coconut, almonds, and dark chocolate, these are a must-have in your snack stash. Highly recommend!
