Ecoideas Coconut Sugar is 100-Percent natural and free from additives and artificial flavorings. It is a nutrient-rich, high-value food product derived from the fresh sap of organically grown coconut trees. The sweet juice is extracted when the budding flower is just about to grow, and not from the coconut fruit. The result is a rich, caramel-like flavor. In addition to its wonderful taste, it is packed with vitamins (particularly B vitamins), amino acids and minerals. It also has a low glycemic index (GI) of 35. After learning about the harmful effects of white sugar and various substitutes, I found out that COCONUT SUGAR has a low glycemic index (35), and - is not only bursting with rich-tasting flavor, plus vitamins and minerals. I only buy organic, which this products is, so I'm giving information using this brand which I love, as an example - it can be rightly classified as a whole food, which makes it easy for the body to digest and utilize. I've tried all the brands available in my area, all tasted fair, but nothing can compare - so far - to the Ecoideas brand. I have tried all the products this company has and they are all first class. I can only find it on �鶹��.ca, so am thankful to have discovered it there. In my experience, once you try Coconut Sugar, you will lose any desire for the white. I like to pack up a few tablespoons of the Ecoideas Coconut Suge in a small non BPA container when I'm going out, to use in coffee or tea. I hope you'll give it a try and love it, too.
