Center seam separated in under 2 weeks of use.
The center seam separated from one edge to the center of the cover in less than 2 weeks of use. It was past the 30 day return window so I first contacted Intex via their support page and provided all details and a photo. No response after 3 days, so I phoned their support number and again gave all of my information and the details of the issue. I was told I would get an email with instructions to upload photos and then they would send out a replacement. I never did receive the email. Not worth my time to keep pursuing, but this purchase was a complete waste.
