Directions

1. Clean the spray périnéal and baume périnéal containers before first use. 2. After childbirth, apply the baume périnéal as needed to the affected area for comfort and healing. 3. Spray the spray périnéal directly on the affected area for a cooling and soothing effect. 4. Add the bain de siège to a warm bath for a calming and healing soak. 5. Store the spray périnéal in the refrigerator for an added cooling effect if desired. 6. Use the spray périnéal as a gel or wet wipe alternative for added comfort while learning to clean oneself or assisting a child in learning to clean themselves.
