I was using different butt paste on my newborn and he was still developing a mean diaper rash. We switched over to Earth Mama's diaper balm and this stuff is a game changer!!! Our little guys rash cleared up in about 1-2 days and he is 8-weeks old now with no sign of the rash returning. I actually like the small of this balm, it smells very herbal with all the natural ingredients. We use it after every single diaper change and it soothes our baby's skin and prevents all rashes.
