    I don’t think this product helps me with healing post partum. I used two bags with sitz bath a week after giving birth and it was irritating to my episiotomy. So I paused and used other bags a month later, it was soothing but overall I do not think it helps with healing my cut.

    I didn't end up using these straight after birth but I wish I had, I didn't know far in advance you could use them for so many other uses such padsickles or hemmeroids, I'd definitely buy them again as they smell lovely and have helped recovery

    I used this product a week after a natural birth and I wish I had it from day 1! It’s a little pricey but it was so soothing. I used it in a sitz bath and found it amazing. I would highly recommend this as I got more relief from it than plain Epsom salts (which also helped!)
