The ENERLITES 1350 weatherproof outlet box is a single-gang electrical box that features three 1/2-inch diameter knockouts. This 1-gang outlet box is designed specifically for installing switches and receptacles in moisture-prone or outdoor locations. The electrical box features a die-cast metal construction that seals out moisture, dust, debris, and insects to keep receptacles protected year-round and throughout any weather conditions. The gray-colored junction box is also powder coated for maximum scratch and corrosion resistance. This 1-gang weatherproof box is compatible with standard toggle switches, duplex receptacles, decorator switches/receptacles, and GFCI receptacles. The junction box is compatible with 1-gang weatherproof covers, such as ENERLITES models IUC1V-D, 8831-WPV, 8831-WPH, 8821-WPV, 8821-WPH, or 7701-WP (wall plates sold separately). The outdoor outlet box comes with a pre-installed grounding screw, closure plugs, mounting lugs, and installation screws to make installation as fast and easy and possible. This product is UL & CUL listed and complies with NEC 2017 406.9 for a weatherproof enclosure in damp locations..
