    Bought it to see what the hype was about. Lifted up my ego mower and the striper handle bent and no longer fits onto the mower. Customer support is horrible and won’t even respond to emails. Avoid.

    Awesome! Super easy to use and love the ease of installing or removing. For reference I have the older Ego self propelled mower (LM2100SP).

    Battery usage: I’ve added the newer (green) high lift bagging blades which also draw more power. With the blades, this roller and using the self propelled power for much of the mow, I use a 7.5ah battery for my 2,500 sq ft lawn and it lasts. If you double mow (to get the best looking stripes), it won’t last for two full cuts and I have to slap in the 5ah battery to finish it.

    Tips: double mow, same direction. You don’t have to but the stripes will look MUCH better. Also, mow slowly. This ensures a good cut but also a bit more time of the roller applying weight to the grass blades. Take your time, relax and enjoy outdoors. It’s easiest to install and remove when you set the mower on the lower height settings. For reference I cut my TTTF/PR/KBG at the #4 setting (just about 4inches).

I decided to try it for myself. I didn’t notice any difference in the battery at all. I was able to do the same amount of surface area. I also didn’t have trouble maneuvering my mower like others mention. I have a decent size yard and some areas are small but it was definitely doable. It does make the mower a little harder to push, but not bad. It a solid bar and comes ready to assemble. I just clicked it on and went to cutting. So happy with my purchase.

    Just clip on, and instant stripes! My lawn is not in the greatest shape, as it's less than 2 years old and Bermuda grass is proving to be a challenge here in North Texas.

    Maneuverability is not that bad with this on as most have been saying. What you want to do is mow 2 passes to create a border if you're in a fenced in area like the pic in my back yard so you have enough space to turn around, then clip on the striper and start creating the work of art!
