I had purchased this item in January but didn't have a chance to set it up until the end of April, well past the no-debate return date. The equipment setup was straight forward, however the software options required for various battery and user types was less than expansive in its explanation of these options. My educated "guesses" got the 120v side working but not the inverter. I contacted the customer service via �鶹��. Within a day (China time vs Canada) I received a response. Over the next two weeks they promptly responded with options and suggestions that finally led to a fully successful operation. Thank you to Ecoworthy for perservering. I purchased it to use for hydro failures and have yet to test it in those types of situations so will update when that happens.

WiFi dongle is useless, no Float mode

Unit works fine, the wifi dongle is junk. It will not provide any information. You have no way of monitoring your system, locally, or remotely. Google search will show lots of people can't get it to work, and one post even claimed Eco-Worthy are aware, and admit it doesn't work. Buyer beware if you want to monitor what this AIO is doing with the provided dongle. I tried for days going back and forth with support, very little help. It connects fine to my network, I can see the dongle in my router with a ip address, but there's no data in or out from the cloud, and local monitoring over bluetooth doesn't work either, even though the device is recognized by the SmartEss app on my mobile devices, simply no data is sent. So, you're kind of blind as to what your system is doing, because of that, 3 stars. Actually, the unit does not work fine. I've just put it in service and the unit does not go to Float mode. It charges fine through bulk, cuts off when its supposed to, but it goes right past the Float voltage setting. This is not acceptable.
