This raw honey is simply delicious and worth the price. The texture and sweetness is great. It's not all messy and sticky like liquid honey, so that's another plus. I love eating it by the spoonful or using this instead of less healthy sweeteners for teas and coffees. Raw honey has many different compounds in it that are good for you, so I may as well get some health benefits if I'm going go satisfy my occasional sweet tooth. I liked it so much I bought another 3 kg of it.

I’ve never had a problem with honey. I’ve done a lot of research regarding raw vs pasteurized; I thought this brand had enough positive reviews it would be safe. Sadly, I was wrong.
With the honey being the only new product introduced to my diet, there’s no question of what brought me to the emergency room.
The day I received it, I was very excited. I put a little bit in my tea. Later on that day, I hand extreme cramping. But it subsided. The next day, I put some of this honey in my oat jar. I only ate 1/3 of my breakfast. Hours later I was nauseous, vomiting, cramping, sweating, had the shivers. A sharp pain in my stomach did not subside. I felt like I had been poisoned. Spent the night in the er, and my body feels like it was beaten.
I’m not saying the owners of this company poisoned their products. I’m not saying that at all. However I did learn valuable information regarding the hives’s location; it could cause bees to collect pollen from a poisonous plant which will contaminate the honey. Hence having the toxin which can make you extremely ill if the honey isn’t pasteurized.
This may have been a fluke, having the one jar with the toxin landing in my deliveries; but it’s very important to clearly consider the pros vs cons of raw honey before purchasing any brand.

All I can say is that I will never use honey that isn't made by this company. It is amazing!! The flavor is so much better than processed honey it doesn't even compare. I have literally eaten half of the jar already, and I only purchased it a few weeks ago. I assumed it would last much longer. My husband is picking at it too. It is solid, a little harder to use in some respects, but it is so worth it. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys honey, although keep in mind that once you try it, you can't go back to anything else.
