Big, epic, spectacle. Just three words to describe this masterpiece. Saw it in theatres and had to relive the magic at home, and the best way to do that is with a high def bluray. Rich blacks, cool beiges, and warm earth tones litter this film by the Canadian master Denis Villeneuve. Chalamet, Zendaya, Ferguson, Pugh, Bardem and every other actor in this brings their A game. The scale is magical, the setting immense, and the pacing perfect. 10/10.

It is, however, her understanding of Reverend Mother Mohiam’s strategy and her highly perceptive ability to see plans within plans that make Lady Fenring mysterious figure in the shadows.
Présentation du coffret très ordinaire
J'ai acheté ce blu-ray en prévente inutilement car il est encore disponible au même prix et cela m'aurait éviter 2 longs mois d'attente. Pour un film si populaire et hautement coté, et assez dispendieux en conséquence ( 31$ avec taxes) j'ai trouvé que la présentation du coffret était bien ordinaire, seulement du papier imprimé et la même image sur l'étui carton et le boîtier de plastique très mince. Je connais d'autres coffrets dont l'image imprimée est en relief, texturé, etc. En plus, il n'y a aucun feuillet ou livret à l'intérieur avec quelques photos ou courts textes par exemple. Cela aurait augmenté la qualité du coffret. Pour le film lui-même, je préfère ne pas commenter longuement, c'est tellement subjectif. Seulement indiqué que les écritures sont très petites et que j'ai bcp apprécié la prestation de Rebecca Ferguson, tellement expressive dans son non verbal. Lise Villemaire
