- Reviewed in Canada on July 3, 2021Verified PurchaseThis is very good quality fois terrine. We eat it (too) often. To the reviewer who said it was too fatty - google translate what "fois gras" means for heaven's sake. And if there was too much liquid fat when you opened it, then you opened it too warm. This is good fois terrine - right amount of flavour and obviously high quality fois as a base.

- Reviewed in Canada on May 11, 2021Verified PurchaseI bought this pate for a birthday dinner. When I opened the tin, and removed the pate, I discovered that the pate is only 50 percent of the tin, the rest is fat. This is unacceptable. The small amount I tasted was enough for me not to use it at dinner, as the quality was very poor. Don't waste your money on this product. Thanks to 鶹 for responding so quickly and refunding my money.

- Reviewed in Canada on July 7, 2021Verified PurchaseThis is the first time I've tried mousse de foie gras. In my opinion, this mousse de foie gras is a bit bland and lacking flavour and has way too much fat content surrounding the foie gras in the can. I did not eat the fat build up, but cut it off. The actual mousse de foie gras was ok on baguette slices with extra toppings, like brie and some kind of sweet jelly. I definitely prefer seared foie gras over mousse de foie gras. I won't buy this mousse de foie gras again.
