    This review is for the DualSense Charging Station.

    I love this thing, it keeps my controllers charged up and ready to go without wearing out the USB-C ports on them.
    Only minor nitpick is that it can be a little tricky to get the controller seated onto the charging contacts but once you get used to it, it's not bad. Also the controllers have to face the front of the unit, with the power cable out the back, which may not be immediately apparent.

    And Thanks Sony for using a power supply with a proper cord instead of an oversized "wall-wart" style plug that blocks outlets. A small thing, but appreciated nonetheless.

    This charging station works perfectly!

    It is so nice to be able to drop your controllers on top of this and walk away. The controllers have no problem lining up and instantly light up to let you know they are charging. Once they are finished the light turns off and you are ready to go.

    Not having to use a cord is great. There is no exposed wire hanging from the PS5, and no “leash” on the controller, keeping it nearby. Using the bottom charging pads makes it simple to swap between controllers when one becomes low on power.

    This charger comes with a wall plug end, and that allows it to charge controllers incredibly fast. I think it’s only about 20-30 minutes to charge, and that allows the controllers to last for many hours.

    The cable that it comes with is angled in a way to hide it very well out the back of the charger. So if you are looking to tuck this under your TV, or on a stand beside your couch, it will blend in nicely with its surroundings without wires being annoyingly visible.

    With that said, I have no problem putting this under my TV and it’s stand. I have it sit just in front of the panel and the charger with controllers on it do not block the view of the TV. It sits very low and does well to stay out of the way.

    This is a very easy purchase recommendation. It is very affordable and you won’t have to worry about losing cables for your controllers, or battling to find a place to set your controller down to charge. Just drop and go.

    Think of this as a quality of life purchase. I used to use controller until it died, plug it in and quick swap to another controller just to rinse and repeat. I ended up buying two of these, all four controllers stay plugged in on them whenever they aren't being used, which means all four are ready to go at any time. It's been nice for the occasions when the entire family gets to sit down and play a game together. If you're diligent remember to plug your controller into a USB cable you probably don't need this, although you will have to deal with four wires taking up space and cluttering up wherever your console is stored. If you're not someone who can remember to do that, for a low cost this is a perfect storage / charging option.

    With 6 months of use, happy to report that with daily use it’s still working as intended. I have 2 standard PS5 controllers which easily slide into the charging ports. Sometimes a slight wiggle is required to get them seated properly. This is done with minimal effort and in my opinion not enough to take points off. When the controller is off the controller will light up amber to confirm that it’s charging. Can’t confirm charging speeds as I usually just leave them on the cradle overnight until the next gaming session. Build quality feels good and it matches the same aesthetic as the PS5.

    Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend.

    Originally I bought one from NexiGo / BeJoy (yss they're the same company / brand), due to the ratings. It was terrible and connecting it was rough. THIS ONE however... Wow. It was amazingly easy to set up, controllers easily sat down to charge with no issues. It's worth the price, and I recommend getting this over the other cheap ones. Yes it does work for the Dualsense Edge.

Other docks you would have to take off the battery pack and then put it back on later every tome you need to charge your controller. Sounds like a small thing but think of how often you charge your controller - it really does add up over time.
