    I used this product when I was sick while pregnant. My doctor said it was safe. Make sure you follow the instructions when it says to o my use it so often. I over used it and became completely reliant on it. Eventually I could not breath at all without using it and it wore off very quickly. I had to go on a nasal steroid to wean myself off it and it took weeks before I could breath normal without it. Just as a word of warning.

    To start off, I think I have a deviated septum. All my life I've been suffering from having difficulty breathing through my nose, one nostril becomes completely restricted, and the other barely functions. It feels like I'm breathing through a straw. Usually at night it gets so much worse, breathing through my nose becomes impossible and I just breathe through my mouth. I'm reluctant to go the doctor during covid to get my nose checked for a deviated septum, so I did some research and thought I'd give this a try to relieve some of the problems I've been having.

    THIS IS AMAZING. I've tried other products and methods before that others have recommended to me, but none really did anything. So I had no faith that this product would work. But wow. This thing made me realize I really need to go to the doctor to get my nose checked, because this thing allows me to breathe through my nose like never before. I can actually breathe through both nostrils without mostly any restriction! It's crazy, this is how normal people breath!?!?

    Definitely going to keep using this until I can see a doctor and get my nose checked. This thing is awesome. Granted I am writing this review on my first night of using this, but that's just how amazing it is, I need to write a review for other people like me lol. So I don't know how good it is long term, but for my first night, this is low key life changing. If you're having issues breathing through your nose because it's always stuffed, GIVE THIS A TRY AT THE VERY LEAST!
