Installed nicely on a 2012 Specialized Crosstrail with 700c tires/rims. The spring loaded rack clamp may, or may not stand up over the long run, but the most I might use that for is for taking a ball cap 🧢 along with me.

    - the spring loaded clamp is short and doesn't open far (ok for a hoodie but that's it)
    - not sure why a few parts are silver instead of black
    - I wish it was a little bit farther from the seat (it sits almost under it) but it's not a big deal unless you plan on putting a basket on it or something

    - One of the long screw bolts that it came with snapped in half when it met some resistance being screwed in.
    - The hex-key that came with the kit stripped itself and was useless, so very soft.
    - The instructions are dismal, nothing describing how to assemble the thing, only vague instructions on installing it on a bike -3 pictures few words.
    - The arms connecting it to the stem are far too short, a couple more inches would have been extremely beneficial, as it is I have it at max length and will be sitting over the rack if I can't find longer arms, which absolutely defeats the purpose of the rack for my commute.
    + I like that it came with a reflector for the back
    + It's lightweight
    + Cost was low

    - The screw meant to secure the top of the rack was not long enough to go through the frame so I had to use the long one meant for the wheel.
    - Secondly, the arms that secure the top of the rack limit the movement of my rear breaks so that they don't work; I will be looking for a replacement with a higher angle as this is very dangerous.
    - Thirdly, the left and right tripods of the rack were misaligned and thus screwing in the rods by the wheels felt very tight and I was afraid I was going to cross-thread the screws.
    - Additionally, because I used one of the long screws for the top part of the rack, I had to use my own shorter screw for the left side of the wheel but it's not threaded all the way through so you can pull that side off easily.

    Overall, just needs some new screws and front arms and it should work great.
