Directions

Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST. Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes. Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe. Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

Good for the job they were bought to do. Still left me room for my toes in my shoes and boots. So not too thick put thick enough for some cushioning. You get two in a pack, one for the left foot and one for the right foot. They are stuck together so it looks like there is only one but there is really two. You just need to separate them. One side is a black shiny material, almost silky, and the other side is rubbery and tan color. The tan sides are stuck together so you grab the tips of the black sides and pull apart. They separated easily.
