  • When connecting to Wi-Fi, the most powerful 256-bit AES encryption technology is used for data protection, and only one device can be linked. Additionally, a Wi-Fi OFF option in the menu allows you to disconnect at any time.

  • Rest assured, our engineers have fixed the disconnection issue, which can be resolved by updating the firmware via the app. For assistance, reach us through our website or after-sales email. Dr.Care offers expert support for online upgrades.
