    3.8 stars. These are OK, but when they freeze, you really can’t freeze them for long or the beads will get deformed. They do tell you that in the description. But also, I find that heating doesn’t work so well on them. Again, you really can’t heat them for more than 20 seconds on the microwave or the beads and the plastic kind of puff up. But then they don’t stay warm very long. You kinda need at least 30 seconds, but that will eventually ruin the plastic. What I do like about them is that you can see through them which is great if you are working on your computer or looking at your cell phone. I also like that they alternate between hot and cold , so that it’s convenient. They are not bad and Fix and it does make a nice little gift or stocking stuffer. I really wish these things didn’t have the Velcro backing, it catches onto my hair.
