Amazing product! My 4.5 month old chocolate lab needed to be reminded to come when his name is called. The beep works 90% of the time. We’ve gone to vibrate the other 10%. I won’t use shock unless he’s at least 6 months old and it’s a must happen situation for his safety. Otherwise he hears the beep looks at me right away and obeys! He’s a lab and water is a must! I love that it’s waterproof! Also I charged it 2 weeks ago and it’s still going strong. Bonus! The remote has a lock option so I switch it to lock when in my pocket so I don’t accidentally zap him! Definitely recommend!

This is my 3d training collar that I have order. By far the best . It's light weight and works great . My dog is a lab / husky mix . 1 year old and has a bad habit of jumping . With this training colar I only have to use the vibration on the 9 setting and the beep . It works perfectly. Have yet to use the shock . I would recommend to anyone . Great price and great quality.
The only recommended I would have to give it a 5 star is the collar part . It's not very thick and slides alot . So I'm having to resize the collar through out the day .

My 1 year old hound/lab doesn't have great recall, despite working on the training. Once he ran back up a hike after 4 hours of hiking! Letting him run and chase a ball off leash has helped him get the exercise he needs. While I was hesitant to use a shock collar, it has worked like a charm while we continue to work on training and recall. Instead of refusing to come back into the car, he hops right in. It did require me using the shock on him two times, but now he understands. I started with the buzz and then work up to the shock, starting with the lowest levels. This collar does the trick in setting boundaries so that we can continue to have fun. Now, simply having it on him while we go on our off leash walks is enough.
This collar has been great, I like being able to have the flexibility with the level. We haven't had any issues with the charging/battery or use. Its a minimal design on my 75lb boy, and has done everything we need it to.

I was really happy with the trainer up until then; very adjustable, great battery life, good range. However, the very poor ability to handle a little rain was VERY disappointing.
