Can this docking station be used with Thunderbolt 3 laptops?

Yes. But this mac docking station works with Thunderbolt 3 laptops with maximum 5Gbps data transfer rate, cannot reach 40Gbps.
Oh, I can't use it for charging my laptop. What's wrong?

Please make sure the type-c port of the laptop support charging,not all type-c port of the laptop support charging.

What should I do if my wireless mouse or keyboard could not work as expected via the wavlink device?

The wireless device might be affected by the usb 3.0 signal. Please kindly try to use the usb 2.0 extension cable or hub to keep the wireless receiver away from the wavlink device.

Or you could try to use the wired mouse or keyboard if possible.
