Customers like the functionality, quality, and installation of the valve. They mention it works well to divert water from the main showerhead to the faucet. Some also say it's a good choice.
Really liking this so far. Just installed it and it works really well to divert water from the main showerhead to the handheld unit. The only apparent drawback is that you cannot adjust it so that it's in the position you would prefer it to be in - where it stops when screwed in is where it must stay to ensure a correct seal with no leakage.
Superb. I had a similar device, only difference, it was a press button. It was a pain as it got stuck in the hand held pisition. Cleaning would help but only for a few weeks. Replacing it was a breeze, added my plumbers tape dropped in my washer and tighten up the joint. Just dont over do it. Go until it snug then add about a 1/2 turn after. Now I can go between hand held and the rain head with ease. Way better than my push button unit..
