Difficult to use if you have any back or hip injuries or aren't flexible enough to get your fingers 'in there'. Also, just like the videos say, it takes some practice and trial and error to get it in and sitting where it needs to be. Once you've got it figured out though it is wonderful. You can lay on your back to sleep. Swim without it filling up with water. Emptying it in a public washroom is a bit of a thing but some forethought can prevent that being necessary. And try your absolute hardest to never, never drop it when it's got blood in it. A tiny drop of blood can spread to immense dimensions when dropped. A Diva Cup-full will turn your bathroom into an abbatoir. Love it anyway and will continue to use is as long as I still need something.
