Perfect for small snacks or desert if it has any gravy in it. The shape ensures that it wont make a mess and the material is thick enough to handle liquids without any issue. Material: This is not styrofoam. As the description says, its bagasse. It feels like a natural material to the touch, which is so refreshing after using paper/styrofoam plates. It is hard material which holds its shape well and wont leak. Usability: Can hold things with liquid without giving up or bending. Holds its shape without having to support it. Also goes well for holding gravies for the main course. Design: The shape makes it perfect for side dishes making it less likely to spill or break. Even though small in size, the depth ensures enough quantity of food can be added to it. Really appreciate the material as it has a premium feel to it and decent usage.

    Perfect size for appetizers or dessert these are tiny and easy for someone to hold. They are very sturdy and leak resistant. I've served icecream and the edges help keep liquids on the plate.

    Since they have an edge, I ordered these plates for when we have appetizers, small size desserts or cut up fruit at parties. They are not fancy, but they are sturdy enough for that purpose, and are good for containing small amounts of liquid.

    These little plates are perfect not only for desserts, but for using them as cat dishes. Unlike bowls, these are nice and flat so it’s easy for my cats to get to the food. They’re also the perfect size so I don’t over feed them. The absolute best is when I’m done…just pick them up and throw them in the trash. No need to wash dirty cat bowls in my sink. Of course you could use them for desserts, appetizers or any other thing you could think of. Very functional and will be put to good use!!! Very happy to have found these paper plates!
