How to Properly Adjust Bowl Height for Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

Prepare a dime and a flat beater. Unplug the stand mixer

step 2: Check the height

Place the dime into bowl and install the flat beater. Plug the stand mixer and set speed to 1. To see whether the dime gently move with each rotation.

step 3

step 3: Adjust the height

Locate the bowl height adjustment screw, twist clockwise to raise bowl and counter-clockwise to lower bowl. Depends on the height you need.

step 4: Check the height again

Repeat step 3 till the dime gently moves with each rotation.
