1. Prepare the test area by ensuring the water is calm and free of debris. 2. Turn on the tester and wait for it to stabilize. 3. Dip the tester into the water, ensuring it is fully submerged. 4. Wait for the reading to stabilize and observe the displayed results on the backlit LCD screen. 5. Record the salinity, TDS, EC, and temperature readings as necessary. 6. Remove the tester from the water and turn it off.
