Bisognerebbe avere la forza dei giovani ma la testa degli anziani.

Perché i giovani sono sì più forti, ma non altrettanto esperti, vissuti, consumati dalla vita come i nostri vecchi, che in molti casi non ci sono già più, ma le cui voci sembrano riecheggiare in ogni proverbio che ancora oggi noi usiamo.
E ancora una volta, con questa terza raccolta di detti e proverbi calabresi, mi accingo ad offrirvi un ulteriore sguardo al passato, che poi forse tanto passato non è.
Ma non ci sono solo proverbi (alcuni dei quali avevo deciso di censurarli nelle passate edizioni, poi capirete perché),
questa edizione vede un'altra novità: le filastrocche (e qualche scioglilingua).
Ma vi avverto, gli scioglilingua nascondono un tranello.
La mia ricerca è finita qui? Chissà. Ci sarebbe ancora molto da dire, perché chi ci ha preceduto non c'è più, ma la loro memoria resiste e forse esisterà per sempre insieme a noi.
